REV1 -Permit was issued with stipulation that once we removed the sheet rock for door entrance if we
needed an engineer to get involved we would. Engineer recommended (2)7-1/4"LVL for the header and it
has been noted on drawings and approval letter from engineer is in hand. Existing pantry is to be divided in
half, leaving the existing pantry door to the kitchen and closing off the north facing door,and building out on
Project Description: exterior of former north opening to make a coat closet. Revised pantry will have new built-in shelving.The
other half will be turned into a full bathroom with door access to the exercise room. Electrical panel will be
moved from existing location to wall directly behind, not in the bathroom. Electrical and plumbing work will
be completed from access by the ceiling and crawl space below.Cabinetry to be revised in laundry room to
accommodate new laundry equipment.
