Area of Inspection: Epoxied Dowels for Addition Foundation Walls.
Reference Documents Structural Drawings provided by the contractor.
Used:
Inspection Notes: Dowel holes were brushed with a wire brush and blown free of debris
with compressed air prior to application of HILTI HIT-RE 500V3 Epoxy.
Inspection Status: ❑ Preliminary ® Final
® Concrete reinforcement as noted above was judged to be in reasonable conformance with
the referenced construction documents.
❑ Exceptions Noted:
Verbal S2M personnel were informed of our inspection results.
