Payment to be made as follows: DRAW UPON COMPLETION OF EACH PHASE.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from
specifications below involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements
contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. The concept of force majeure applies hereto. Owner to carry fire tornado and other necessary insurance.
Our workers are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance. The parties agree to deal with one another in good faith and fair dealing. In the event of any
dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable costs including attorney’s fees. Maximum interest permitted by law shall accrue upon the 1st breach of
this agreement and any judgment shall be entitled to maximum interest by law.
Note: we may withdraw this proposal if not accepted within 30 days.
Ventilation
Furnish and install:
(1) Electro Industries-600 CFM, electric make-up air unit (MAU). MAU will be ceiling suspended in crawl space
under breakfast nook. Insulated outside air duct and louver from existing penetration in concrete wall in crawl
space to MAU. Supply air duct from MAU to the floor register in the breakfast nook floor. Floor register will be
heavy duty flush mount floor registers (opening for registers in floor by others and not included by R&H
Mechanical). Current sensing relay and low voltage wiring from new kitchen hood fan to MAU.
62.4 AMP/1 PH, high voltage electrical service supplied by others and not included by R&H Mechanical.
System low voltage wiring and system start-up.
One-year parts and labor warranty, manufacturer’s warranty thereafter.
