Conditions:
- 1. The applicant shall submit and obtain approval of a complete application for review by the Design Review
Board before applying for a building permit.

resume operation, shall not be resumed thereafter; any future use of the site or structures thereon shall
conform to the provisions of Title 12, Chapter 16, Vail Town Code.
