1.The applicant shall submit and obtain approval of a complete application for review by the Design Review Board before applying for a building permit.
2.Applicant shall at all times abide by the Conditional Use Permits regulations,Title 12,Chapter 16,of the Vail Town Code.
3.Any conditional use which is discontinued for a period of two(2)years,regardless of any intent to resume operation,shall not be resumed thereafter;any
future use of the site or structures thereon shall conform to the provisions of Title 12,Chapter 16,Vail Town Code.
Note: Violation of the above conditions of approval or other violations of the Town of Vail Municipal Code may result in
suspension or termination of this permit.
