In order to comply with local, state, and/or federal regulations, the following Asbestos Containing Materials, or assumed Asbestos Containing Materials will have to be removed if they will be made friable during a renovation or demolition (typically floor tile/mastic, roofing materials, window putty (dependent on pliability), etc., are normally demolished with the structure, if conducted in accordance with local, state and/or federal regularions, however, require removal during a renovation): None detected. Materials that contain <=1.0% Asbestos are not considered Asbestos Containing Materials by NESHAPS or EPA but may still be covered by OSHA. OSHA regulations may apply during potential disturbance activities.
