Dear Charlie:
Attached is an application for a Building Permit for an existing unit at Manor Vail that
wishes to renovate while the larger project is under construction. The work will be done
by the same contractor and design team as the larger project and it has been proposed
under all of the existing terms and permit conditions of that larger project.
Per our discussion, we are submitting this under the "Commercial Tenant
Finish/Improvement"Application and Checklist. We make the following notations with
regard to the checklist:
