The following items were noted. 't'he header for the east window in Closet 324 is a triple 2 x 10 in lieu of the LVL header originally specified for this location. This substitution is acceptable since the roof beam does not bear on this header as originally indicated. Also in Closet 324, only cne bolt was installed between the LVL lone studs and the timber roof beam lookout at the top of the wall. A pair of LSTA24 strap ties was substituted for tI'ie other two tttruugh bolts, and the lookout has solid bearing on 2x6 studs. This revision is acceptable. A triple t 'i< x 1 d '18 Lti'L header was i*tstallecl over the fireplace opening at tl:e east wall of the ?Master Bedroom in lice of the triple ?x10 header originally specifed. This substitution is acceptable. Sloped triple 1 '.% x 11 '/: h'~' L's rti'ere Installed to the east and west sides stone veneer above and are appr~n~ ed as not arginally noted on the framing plans. These were irstailed to carry installed. The installation of two timber lookout roof beams was in question in the garage roof franung. I approve the installation of the iaokout at the west wall as installed. The lookout beam in the middle of the garage needs ac9ditional attention. At the east end of this beam, add a tier 2x4 on each side of the beam; race nailing them into ti+oth the beam and the 2x block above with l Od (ul 4" o.c. Seven 2 x b studs support the two low level steel beams that bear on the northwest comer of the elevator in the basement in lieu of the t4 originally noted for this location.
