Subject:Proposed New Window-Manor Vail#200
Brad,
Here is a partial elevation depicting what the south face of the building would look like if the new window were
added. Please note that the proposed new window if proposed as a fixed panel of approximately 30" x 48"
which would be mulled to the existing window. All of the existing trim surrounding the arca to be modified
would be preserved. The sill of the new window would match the sill of the existing windows. We would use
the same brand(Jell-Wenn)and would match the color of the existing windows.
Please let me know if you require any additional information in order to present our proposal to the HOA.
