The size and footprint will remain the same. The decking will be redwood and the existing railing will remain the same. The deck floor will be stained a medium brown and the railing will be painted the same colors to match the existing porches of the other units, light yellow balusters and and dark brown railing. We will also install a privacy wall between our unit and the Gordon's (unit 2) with redwood boards placed side by side (to form a solid wall) on the bottom and redwood boards arranged vertically and spaced a few inches apart on a slant on the top. The wall will not be more than 6 feet tall and the wood will painted dark brown to match the existing trim on the front porches. The Fitzgerald's will also paint the exterior of their unit. The paint will match the current structure- dark green for the wood siding, yellow trim for the fireplace box and dark brown trim. The colors used will match the ones on file at Ace Hardware for Aspen Leaf Townhouses. Please respond to this email with your acknowledgement of these projects. Thank you!
