We are submitting for review the following projects: rz
DRB
1. Replace/repaircurrent deck-The deck on the front of the house will be replaced with re/V." ED
timber. The current decking will be removed and replaced with new (redwood) material 1zi°Fip AM
deck floor will be stained a medium brown color. The railing and balusters will be removed,
sanded and painted to match the other porches on the property.The railing will be dark drown,
the ballusters will be yellow. The size and shape of the porch will remain the same. Please see
the attached pictures of the current deck.
2. A pr., _ .11 of no more than 6 feet in height will be put in place between un' . 3.
Currently there is a • .il between the two porches bu - -. . i e to extend its height
and add privacy between the two un . - - - ' : al ing will be removed and the bottom
half of the wall will be re. •- . . s side-by-side to . - • 'd wall. On top that wall will be

visual separation but still allow for air and light flow between the planks
3. We will repaint the structure with the current colors-green for the body,yellow accent on the
fireplace and porch balusters and dark brown trim.

Hello,
Hope you both are doing well. You might have noticed that we are getting ready to start some projects `
there and as we mentioned before we wanted to see about putting up some sort of privacy wall between * icro7 p
units. We were thinking about a solid wood wall on the bottom (where the existing railing is now)and trail
wood slats spaced a couple of inches apart but on a slant above. The wood slats would go up to about4PRzovED
height of the supportpost and thengo straight across. The wall would not extend all the wayto the ceili mou �s

the porch. I am sending along a couple of pictures to give you an idea of what we are thinking. Also, here is a
rough sketch of what we are talking about(we are not painting it yellow,just used that color for contrast so it
was easy to see). Please let us know your thoughts and any questions you may have. I copied Mike as well in
case he has any thoughts.
