Project Description:
Replacement of awning sign. Removing current Hint of Asia/Gallery V fabric and
replacing it with a brand new one with our logo on it.20” x 30” = 4.16 sq. ft. sign
area. Awning valance recover with black Sunbrella fabric and painted Gold PMS
142 C letters (RAITMAN & GALLERIES copy) “ART” only Copy .080 Aluminum
with Exterior Laminated print to represent the Brand Colors Leaves + Sky +
Trees / Because of the extreme detail these do not translate to paint on canvas
these letters will be mechanically attached from behind with hidden hardware on
letter faces. 20" 9" 3 3/4" 3 3/4". Will be similar to Luca Bruno sign in Solaris, but
the aluminum will be much thinner and barely noticeable.

Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- The applicant shall ensure that the sign consist of individual aluminum letters mounted to the canvas
awning, as approved by the DRB.
