Dear George,
I am writing to express my intent to comply with the terms of the Town of Vail Development Review
Application PEC18-0008 and B18-0220. I understand that as an obligation of my approval,and to
demonstrate compliance with the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Vail, I am required to mitigate the
development impacts of my development application on employee housing through commercial linkage
obligations. To that end, I commit to taking one of two actions prior to September 14,2018. I shall
either:
1) Pay$84,480.05 in Commercial Linkage Fee in Lieu
or,
2) Secure a deed-restriction on a residential property located within the Town of Vail which is a
minimum of 250 square feet of GRFA in size,consistent with the provisions of Title 12,Vail Town Code.
Further, I understand that if I fail to perform on this commitment, I am in violation of the Town's
approvals(PEC18-0008/B18-0220)and the Town of Vail may bring legal action against, including, but not
limited to issuing a STOP WORK ORDER on permit#B18-0220.
