Dear Ms. Warren:
West Environmental, Inc. is currently under contract to perform an asbestos abatement i�
project at the above listed praperty. During the permit approval process the Town of Vaii
and the Fire Department raised concerns with the building alazm system. Apparently, the
system cannot be isolated in the units identified for remodel. Because the alarms are
sensitive to dust the City has recommended the alarms in each unit be covered (bagged)
during the day and uncovered at night. Per your recommenda.tion, West Environmental
will cover the alarms in each of the units during the day while asbestos abatement is
occurring and uncover the alarms at night.
