AUTHORITIES HAYING JURISDICTION. GENERAL
CONTRACTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AND
PAYING FOR ALL REQUIRED PERMITS.

SERVICE WITH DUE DILIGENCE AND CARE, IT DOES

DISCREPANCIES OR OMISSIONS MAY OCCUR.
RELEASE OF THESE DOCUMENTS ANTICIPATES
COOPERATION BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR, OWNER
AND ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE
PROJECT. THESE DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN PREPARED
FOR THE USE OF A GUALIFIED CONTRACTOR
EXPERIENCED IN THE CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES
AND SYSTEMS SHOWN.

B. SCOPE of WORK

ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, 5UPPLIE5, EQUIPMENT,

APPURTENANCES WHICH ARE INDICATED OR
REASONABLY IMPLIED BY EACH DRAWING AND
SPECIFICATION SECTION, ALL OF WHICH 15
COLLECTIVELY NECESSARY AND REQUIRED FOR
THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK AS SHOWN ON THE
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
2. WRITTEN DIMENSIONS ON DRAWINGS GOVERN. DO
NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. DETAILS TAKE
PRECEDENCE OVER SMALLER SCALE DRAWINGS.
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE INTENDED TO
AGREE. 6ENERALLY, SPECIFICATIONS WILL TAKE
PRECEDENCE OVER DRAWINGS. SHOULD ANY
DISCREPANCIES OCCUR, CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT
PERFORM ANY WORK UNTIL RESOLVED BY THE
ARCHITECT. WORK SHOWN ON DRAWINGS BUT NOT IN
SPECIFICATION OR SHOWN IN SPECIFICATIONS BUT
NOT ON THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED AS IF
SHOWN ON BOTH. NO DEVIATIONS, CHANGES,
SUBSTITUTIONS, ETC IN THE DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
MADE WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE
ARCHITECT. IN THE CASE OF CONFLICTS BETWEEN
OR WITHIN THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS.,
THE GREATER QUANTITY, HIGHER QUALITY, ETC
WORK SHALL BE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL
COST.
C. PROJECT COORDINATION
1. ALL CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
RESPONSIBLE FOR FOR WORK SHOWN IN THE
SPECIFICATIONS AND ON THE DRAWINGS SHALL
JOINTLY AND SEPARATELY COORDINATE THEIR
WORK WITH REGARD TO SCHEDULING, INSTALLATION
PROCEDURES, SHOP DRAWINGS AND INSTALLATION
OF ALL RELATED MATERIALS.
2. PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK, THE
CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTORS
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK SHOWN IN THESE
DOCUMENTS SHALL INSPECT AND APPROVE ALL
PREFATORY WORK THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO
RECEIVE HI5 WORK, HE 15 TO ENSURE THAT HI5
WORK AND ADJACENT WORK WILL FINISH TO
PROPER CONTOURS, PLANES AND LEVELS.
PROMPTLY NOTIFY GENERAL CONTRACTOR OF ANY
DEFECTS IN THE PREP WORK THAT WILL
ADVERSELY AFFECT OR PREVENT THE
SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF H15 WORK.
FAILURE TO NOTIFY GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL
INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PREP WORK AND
ANY 5UBSEOUENT CLAIMS OF DEFECTS SHALL NOT
BE RECOGNIZED.
5. NO WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED UNTIL ALL
PREP WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, CURED, DRIED,
ETC AND READY TO RECEIVE THE WORK. GENERAL
CONTRACTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY
