RE: Christiana Penthouse Remodel
Mr. Vaughan,
This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will
be performed by Western States F ire Protection in the penthouse unit at the Christiana located at 356
Hanson Ranch Rd, Vail, CO 81657.
Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as follows.
• Add one sprinkler to accommodate new wall layout
• Relocate 5 sprinklers in bedrooms and common living space to match to ceiling configuration
This is a CPVC and steel wet system on the top floor. All added materials will be compatible to the
existing system.
It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work
described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VF ES.If further information is
required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
