The Town of Vail hereby states the transfer of the above-described property complies with the Town's zoning regulations, as set forth in Title 12 of the Town Code of the Town of Vail, provided that the Vail Plaza Hotel Resort, as Fractional Fee Club, continues to meet the definition set out at Section 12-2-2 of the Town Code, including, without limitation, the requirement that each dwelling unit, pursuant to recorded project documentation, has no fewer than six (6) and no more than twelve (12) owners per unit. This transfer therefore complies with all ordinances and the Town Code of the Town of Vail.
