This letter is in reference to the Vail Fire Dept Evaluation completed by Paul Cada for Home Ws 1,2,3,&4
I understand that a letter of HOA approval is necessary for us to obtain tree removal permits,at no
charge,for each home unit. (parcel)
As president of the Indian Creek Townhome Association, I grant permission for the removal of any trees
that are a current or future potential fire hazard at 1139 Sandstone Dr., for house unit#'s 1,2,3, &4.
