Remove existing cedar shake roof system down to plywood. Clean exposed roof areas and manufacture a
curb around roof edge out of 2x lumber in order to install 3" Polyiso Insulation and 1/2" CDX over insulation.
TCC will install a Grace Ice and water shield HT for proper waterproofing over 100% of sloped roof areas.
TCC will install a 1x8" Cedar Fascia to compensate for curb build up. TCC will manufacture and install Dark
Bronze Painted Metal Flashings as needed. TCC will install a SolarHide Underlayment over 100% of roof
area to achieve a Class A Fire Rated roof assembly and a DaVinci Shake Bellaforte Roof System in the
Colro Tahoe VariBlend
