REV1 - structural revision to post and beam in kitchen area the owners also decided to rough in lines for air
conditioning for future use. It is the Mitsubishi Minisplit system. It will not be installed until the HOA and town
approve but we wanted to get lines run in walls since they were open. Specs attached New interior fixed
finishes throughout. Window replacement of all windows in unit. Add window to existing bank of three
windows. Replace window with door and transom onto grade-level patio.
