Project: Proposed Additions, to Goetz Duplex Residence, Lot 3, Block 3, Filing 3, Lions Ridge,
1853 Lions Ridge Loop, Vail, Colorado
Area of Inspection: Epoxied wall dowels at south unit; backdoor, mechanical room wall,
driveway, stairs and north of stairs and at north unit deck.
Reference Documents Structural Drawings provided by the contractor.
Used:
Inspection Notes: All holes were blown and brushed free of debris with compressed air and
a wire brush. Holes were minimum depth required prior to application of
Quickrete High Strength Anchoring Epoxy and Silka Super Strength
Anchoring Adhesive as per manufacture's instructions.
Inspection Status: ❑ Preliminary ® Final
® Concrete reinforcement as noted above was judged to be in reasonable conformance with
the referenced construction documents.
