*Designer has sped on drawings that there will be a fan/light/heater combo along with floor heat
in all bathrooms, that is incorrect. We will be replacing all fans with new more efficient fans.
There is no place to add the switching required for 3 new switches, vanity, and thermostat for
floor heat.
Additional load to unit is less than 100w per bathroom @ 3 bathrooms= 300watts
A 100sgft of heat mat draws 200w. Each bathroom is roughly less than 50sgft.
