I am the electrician working for Extreme Builders. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my name is Michael Koenen. The property has multable apartments. The remodel has its own meter. The meter has a 100 amp single phase main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a #2 THN aluminum wire from the meter. The only power requirements we are adding replacing ceiling track lights with cans L.E.D recessed lights in living room, hallway, master bedroom, where there track lights 75 watt bulbs in the hallway. No change in wattage. We are adding a washer/dryer 30 amp 240 volt. All the kitchen and bathroom circuits are the same.
