I need to remove Double M, Inc.'s name and liability from Permit # E-16-0113, job
address 2636 Davos Trail, effective immediately. The owner of that project has
decided to go in a different direction. We have not performed any work at that
residence.
I have discussed this with JR and have cc'd him on this email.
