Project Description:
Remove existing tar & gravel built up roofing and dispose. Install new 5/8 CDX plywood over existing roof
decking. Install 4" inch poly iso rigid insulation. Install 1/2 inch densdeck cover board to obtain class A
assembly. Install 60 mil TPO single ply membrane over total roof surface using manufactures specified
bonding adhesive for a fully adhered attachment method. Install 24 Gauge pre finished steel flashing to
complete new roof assembly. Replace and install all roof penetration flashing/boots with manufactures
specified flashing's.
