Project Description:
A 2-Story, 859 SF Addition to the west side of Parcel A and a new flagstone
patio at grade is proposed in concert with relocation of the Parcel B front door
from the south side to the west side and removal of upper south facing gable
windows per attached drawings. All new exterior cladding materials, fascia,
flashings, windows, window and door trim and roofing are to match existing at
each of the two parcels. The parking area is proposed to be expanded by one
tandem parking space for the new bedroom addition.

Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- This property is located in a "geologically sensitive area" pursuant to Chapter 12-21, Hazard Regulations,
Vail Town Code.
- Prior to the issuance of any building permit for construction within the geologically sensitive areas, the
owner shall submit a written, signed and notarized affidavit certifying acknowledgment of receiving personal
notice of the fact that said building or structure is in an area of geologic sensitivity and notice of the studies
conducted to date with regard thereto.
