SCOPE OF WORK:
-Sand, patch and caulk wood side panels
-Prime wood side panels
-Paint wood side panels {dark brown)
-Prime front stucco
-Paint front stucco {light tan)
-Paint garage doors {dark brown)
-Touchup paint on stucco as necessary
Note -Wood trim for new windows will be painted same as front trim
and side panels {dark brown)
