Jonathan - Thanks for the quick turn around on our painting request. I appreciate your visit and the
ability to discuss the scope of work with you.
In talking with K. C. and Beth Lasher, Unit #2 owners, they want to sand and re-seal their front cedar
siding prior to the installation of the new windows. This work is primarily a maintenance issue in that I
have done all unit on a 2 - 3 year interval as needed; the south facing surface takes a beating from the
sun throughout the year. I did Units #1 and #3 last year but did not have time or access to finish Units #2
and #4. I do not know if Unit #4 will do their work this year or not. If this work is within the perview of the
DRB regulations, please add this item to our scope of work.
