Complete deck with matching material to existing deck. Include railing around the
deck with attached materials. Add stone walkway around the property as defined
on survey. Add stone patio on the west side of home with fire pit. Add stone
patio next to deck behind the home. Add sod to front of home and back of home.
Materials to be used: Decking- Trex composite decking material in Beach Dune
(brown, picture included) Railling- Pressure treated Pine with aluminum polls
(picture included) Stone- flagstone 1.5-2 inch thick

Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Prior to submitting a building permit application, the applicant shall amend the plans to show the deck edge
board and all wood on the proposed railings to be painted to match the building fascia.
