HELLO JOHN SORTE,
Steve Arent and I have reviewed the plans provided to us indicating the replacement of
exiting windows with original color cladding on the sash, the addition of the Deck to the
North side of your unit joining the existing West deck to the existing East deck and the
addition of the elevator on the East side of your unit. We understand the existing
exterior stucco will remain as is.
If we have missed anything in the above review of scope of work please advise us if not
then we approve of the changes as shown on the plans.
