Project Description:
I have a 40'LX10'W second level deck that is in need of resurfacing due to
warping and decay of the natural wood decking boards. I plan to use Trex
("spiced rum") composite decking boards which are the same color and style I
used for a previous DRB approved deck project last year. Because i expect the
new composite decking boards to last forever, I plan to replace some of the
existing joists which are showing some signs, i.e. water staining, of their age.
