The repaved area of the parking lot is adjacent to Chamonix Lane and approximately 48’ deep by 115’ wide (see
Area P in the portion of the plat map shown below). Thirteen (13) parking lanes will be delineated by solid white
lines – 1 dumpster lane (10’ wide) and 12 parking lanes (each 8’ 9” wide). Each lane will be approximately 48’
deep.
