Hello Peter,
Could you please send me a copy of your title report for submittal to the Town of Vail? It is required to
show that you are the owner. I have everything else ready for submittal. Thank you for coordinating
with your neighbor.
I just got off the phone with the structural engineer. I’ll have the new beam for the higher sliding doors
soon. That is your only structural change that we know of. I doubt we’ll come across anything goofy
during demolition, but, in the event, the structural engineer, Tim Hennum, offices out of Avon and we
can get him up to the site quickly.
