Sundance Plumbing and Heating is pleased to provide the following proposal.
We will provide all labor and material necessary to complete the following work:
1) Add system cleaner and flush prior to removing existing boiler
2) Remove and recycle existing boiler.
3) Furnish and install a Lochinvar KHN 199 boiler.

4) Install new boiler piping connected to existing piping.
5) Install new expansion tank.
6) Install new air separator, auto fill and backflow.
7) Furnish and install new Grundfos, boiler and system pumps, with isolation valves.
8) Install new PVC combustion and exhaust air piping to outside.
9) Install new boiler condensate drain line with Axiom neutralizer.
10) Remove and replace all existing zone valves, zone valves located in class rooms
behind access panels.
11) Existing water heater to be reused, connected to new boiler to allow for domestic
hot water priority.
12) Install all necessary 24 volt low voltage wiring and 120 volt wiring to boiler and
pumps.
13) Flush heating system and fill with a 30% solution ofglycol.
, 14) This proposal includes 12 month parts and labor warranty and 12 month buiier
service plan.
15) This proposal does not include Town ofVail permit.
