Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field
Report: Visually inspected field welding at the plate type steel frame moment
connections on the project. Also inspected high strength A325 bolting at the steel
beam & column connections.
The field welding & high strength A325 bolting inspected above appeared to be
in substantial conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of the
AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code & the AISC/RCSC Specification for high
strength bolting.
