A representative of KRM Consultants, Inc. observed the existing structural framing at the
Exercise Bathroom at the residence located at 1290 Westhaven Circle in Vail, Colorado
during a site visit performed on Friday, May 4, 2018. Based upon field observations,
written and verbal communications, and photographs provided by the contractor,
installation of the new (2)-71/4" LVL door header appears to have been completed in
general conformance with KRM Consultants, Inc. approved specifications.
This opinion is based upon observable structural framing elements and information
provided by others, and this letter is not intended as a product or service warrantee.
