Ventilation
Furnish and install:
(1) Electro Industries-600 CFM, electric make-up air unit (MAU). MAU will be ceiling suspended in crawl space
under breakfast nook. Insulated outside air duct and louver from existing penetration in concrete wall in crawl
space to MAU. Supply air duct from MAU to the floor register in the breakfast nook floor. Floor register will be
heavy duty flush mount floor registers(opening for registers in floor by others and not included by R&H
Mechanical). Current sensing relay and low voltage wiring from new kitchen hood fan to MAU.
62.4 AMP/1 PH,high voltage electrical service supplied by others and not included by R&H Mechanical.
System low voltage wiring and system start-up.
One-year parts and labor warranty,manufacturer's warranty thereafter.
