To Whom it May Concern;
Per your request, this office has reviewed and responded to your review comments concerning the structural plans for the
above referenced address.
Snow Load Listed:
Although originally designed for a snow load of 90 psf, the entire structure was recalculated for 100 psf snow load on all
the roof and decks. Revisions were made and the plans were resubmitted, however the Design Loads reference note on
Sheet S2.0 was not updated. The Roof Snow Load note on the S2.0 should read 100 psf.
