This situation appears to be somewhat of an anomaly, based on the information received by the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District that acknowledges a separate "apartment", despite having only one water/sanitation tap. Because of the unusual circumstances, the Town of Vail will refund the paid traffic Impact Fee in the amount of $6,333.00 to the following address: Rich Laws ( West Lupine, LLC ) 8931 E Wesley Ave Denver, CO 80231 This usually takes about two weeks.
