Good Morning Rich
The Town of Vail generally uses tap fee data for unit# verification when there are inconsistencies
with the Town records and the assessor's office concerning single family vs duplex. This situation
appears to be somewhat of an anomaly, based on the information received by the Eagle River
Water and Sanitation District that acknowledges a separate "apartment", despite having only one
water/sanitation tap.
Because of the unusual circumstances, the Town of Vail will refund the paid traffic Impact Fee in the
amount of $6,333.00 to the following address:
