Overview:
The applicant is proposing window replacement. Windows are fiberglass and the color is bronze, which are to
match the dark bronze color on other more recent windows in the complex. The detailing, including the width
of window and slider door frames, shall match the exis:ng windows and slider doors. No change in window
sizes or loca:on. The finished product shall appear with no evidence that the exterior of building has been
modified and all stucco repairs and/or necessary pain:ng is solely the responsibility of the applicant.
Process:
Step 1: MPG (as administrator) reviews applica:on for compliance with Design Guidelines, establishes fees
and deposit requirement, requires compliance agreement, then forwards recommenda:on to Board.
Step 2: Board reviews applica:on, takes final ac:on.
Analysis:
Based on the informa:on provided, the window replacement complies with the Design Guidelines. The Design
Guidelines will be amended to allow Fiberglass and Composite windows and slider doors. MPG would
recommend approval of the window replacement.
