Scope of Work
Te goal of this project is to:
Remodel the one (1) bathroom (please see details below),
Replace all windows for better efficiency and code compliance,
Renovate closet and bedroom door in order to install a stackable washer/dryer,
No structural walls will be altered,
Tere will be no new electrical circuits but existing electrical for W/D in Closet 1A will be relocated,
Tere will be no new plumbing fixtures but existing plumbing for W/D will be relocated,
Tere will be no new W/D vent, but existing vent connection will be relocated.
Please see CCK1RemodDiag2.pdf for all changes.
Skip trowel all upstairs drywall.
Paint unit.
Bathroom
Replace bathtub, faucets, shower head and mixing valve.
Remove shower tile and replace to ceiling.
Remove and replace floor tile.
Replace toilet and water shutoff valve.
Replace vanity, faucets and water shutoff valve.
Hallway/Closet Remodel
Move door back into Bedroom 1 to facilitate access to new W/D closet from hallway.
Open up wall in hallway and frame for door.
Partition Closet 1a, leaving access for plumbing, electrical and dryer.
Move existing plumbing in Closet 1a to back of partition wall.
Move existing W/D electrical in Closet 1a to back of partition wall.
Move existing dryer vent connection in Closet 1a to back of partition wall.

Replacement of windows with aluminum clad Jeld-Wen replacements. Replacement windows will
be the same dimensions as the old. Changes to operation are allowed for compliance with
egress requirements. Aluminum exterior will be hunter green or other green color that most
closely matches the existing trim color.
Association must be notified of any changes to the application or permit. No changes are
allowed without association approval.
