Project Description:
Rework existing drainage channel for less strict linear layout; new layout will
resemble duplex neighbor's channel. Grading for drainage swale will include
native boulders and mossrock drystack retaining to fit to existing grade. Replace
existing lawn to regrade and remove aspen knuckles. New plantings above
existing boulder wall and renovation of existing gardens. One aspen removal.

Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Placement of boulders between street and trench shall be inspected by the PW Department prior to
installation. Per TOV standards, boulders must be 10' from edge of asphalt and cannot be above the grade of
roadway due to possible damage of snow removal equipment.
- This approval in no way shall authorize work on the adjacent private property (Lot 3).
