Project Description:
Windows/Railings/Roof-Remove existing torch-down roof at 2/12 roof area at
back or building. Clean and disposed of debris. Manufacture and install Painted
Metal Flashings to eave, rake, etc. and install GRACE Ice and Water Shield HT
for proper waterproofing. Manufacture and install a 24GA Painted Metal Roof
System to 100% of sloped roof area at back of building. Replace windows of
Unit 3 and main window over front common door with Andersen Windows.
Replace shingles on side of building with Hardie Board lap siding. Replace worn
particle board on front of building. Paint trim. Replace flat deck in front of Unit 2
and install hot tub on far west of property. Replace wooden balcony railings with
metal railings.

Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval does not constitute a permit for building. Please consult with Town of Vail
building personnel prior to construction activities.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- 1. The applicant shall demonstrate through the BP submittal that the areas identified as “B” on the
elevations shall be treated with stucco.
- 2. All windows not replaced previously or with this application shall be painted to match prior to requesting
any final inspection.
