Project Description:
The removal of the cast iron fence and pillars as described in the attached plan.
The removal and disposal of 20 trees that are all too close to the residence and
have significantly out grown the space. The repair of the sod areas to the west
side of the unit to give a landscaped feel while working through new hard scape
designs and town applications. The install of perennials and ground covers in the
back yard to allow for a more blended landscape against the golf course.

Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Prior to start of construction, tree removal, or removal of the fence along the north property line, applicant
shall coordinate work timing with the Vail Recreation District, operators of the Vail Golf Course.
- Applicant shall install the size and caliper of trees and shrubs in the same size as explained to the Design
Review Board at the meeting of September 5, 2018.
