We, the owners of Innsbruck Condominiums, hereby give notice to the Town of Vail of our
intent to remove four dead trees from our property. The trees are dead due to pine needle
scales. We have consulted an arborist who has told us that two trees are dead and the other
two will be dead within a couple of years.
Please use this letter as a formal request for a permit to remove the infected trees.
