Dear Town of Vail Design Review Board Members,
As property manager for the Crooked Ski Townhouses Homeowners Association, I
would like to inform you that the owners and I approve repainting 2039 Chamonix Lane
with same for same colors. The dark wood will be fully repainted and remain in Brevity
Brown. We will simply touch up the stucco at the bottom of the house with the same
color of Nomadic Desert.
