- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- The applicant shall ensure that the exterior vent termination is painted to match prior to requesting any final
inspections for the project.
