To The Town of Vail:
This letter is in reference to the Indian Creek Townhome Association,for us to obtain tree removal
permits for each home unit(parcel)#1 through#6.
There is an abundance of Aspen trees on the common property. This overgrowth of trees has become a
safety concern of the homeowners. The common property driveway has an island of these trees which
blocks a drivers visual of other cars coming or going. Also,some of these trees are leaning into the
street,or driveway, in which they are a possible risk of breaking or falling. (One of our large Aspen trees
did break into the street a couple years ago) Another concern of the homeowners is that the Aspen
trees are overcrowding the well established Spruce trees preventing healthy growth.
As president of the Indian Creek Townhome Association, I grant permission for the removal of any tree
that are current or future potential overgrowth at 1139 Sandstone Dr.,for house units#1 through#6
HOA Common Area. (Included is a picture of one example of the common driveway)
