Minor Modification Narrative
Dear Justin:
I wantedto provide a written recap of the minor modification changes to the site and grading
proposed f orthis project. They are as follows:
• Sheet C3 (Site Plan): The site plan has been revised to adjust the extents of the auto court
with the intent of improvingvehicular circulation and parking. Also, the drivewayhas been
relocatedtowardthe east to again improve vehicular circulation.
• C4 (GradingPlan):The gradingplan has been revised per the site plan changes to the auto
court and driveway. Gradingwill now direct drainage of fthe driveway, away fromthe
garage(fixing an area with negative drainagetoday),and around the home. Gradingnorth
of the residence has also been revised to improve positive drainagef romthe structure onto
the golf course-along historic drainagepaths.Small berms are also now being proposed to
help shield the home fromthe sound of interstate traffic.
• C4.1 (Detailed GradingPlan): The grading of the swale west of the home has been revised
slightlyto accommodate snowshoeing and cross-countryskiing by the owner throughthe
swale during the wintermonths.
Please ref erto the narrative by Fieldscape regarding the changes to the landscape design.
Let me know if I can answer any questions.
Sincerely,
Citi k\ l
