The patio sliding door trim on the East Elevation has been installed per drawing and matching detail.RE:A 3 2. The stone bases on the East Deck have been removed due to supporting piers and anchors being below the framed lower patio.As there is no stone on the East nor South of the residence there is no precedent to have the stone bases.The wood column to wood deck is cleaner and more fitting. RE:A 3 East and South Elevations 3. The upper transoms on the Foyer and South Elevation windows were eliminated and consolidated into a single panel. No other transoms exist on the project and are not a precedent. RE:A 3 South Elevation 4. The stone column supporting the North end of the M.Bath addition (South unit)was replaced w a flush frame steel floor beam due to poor bearing conditions along the boulder retaining wall at the garages. RE:A 3 West Elevation The 2 low entry columns at the North unit entry were replaced with a single full ht stone column. It was discovered by all parties that the narrow entry was further reduced by both stone columns and was in conflict w the adjacent bay window. We feel the full ht stone column serves to effectively terminate the stone veneer base. RE:A 3 West Elevation 5. The final redesign of the existing garage doors is pending but both currently match and will upon resolution. RE:A 3 6. The steel railings will be removed and replaced w matching wood and steel detailed railings. RE:A 3 West elevation 7. The Main Level M. Bath and Kitchen windows were reduced from 4 x and 3 x configurations to 2 x and 2 x due to interior cabinetry layouts.Height and detailing remain the same. RE:A 2 and A 3. Upper Plan and West elevation. 8. The East side of the landscaping is currently being re-vegged w native grass seed following cleanup. This is my understanding of the outstanding items in the 9/ 10/18 final inspection report and the resolution/clarification necessary to move forward to completion. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be com-pleted by the adjoining duplex unit owner or the authorized agent of the home owner's association in the case of a con- dominium or multi-tenant building.
